Preparation Establish An Internet Cafe

What should be prepared to set up an Internet Cafe? To get truly worthy and ready to operate, would need a serious consultation with those who experienced (or, perhaps existing profession "Figuring consultant"?). In this paper only a few considerations that I observe in the field and hear from one friend Warnet managers.

1. The choice of location
